Rent a kayak and paddle from Kailua Beach to Flat Isand, the Mokulua Islands and Lanikai Beach. The Interiors of the islands are protected for ground nesting seabirds, the DLNR has clear signage and ropes that designate restriced areas. Rentals are for a half day (four hours) or full day (nine to five). Kayaks are set up on carts and can easily be walked, about five minutes, to the beach. Full day rentals can be kept over night for 24 hours and multi-day rentals are also available at discounted rates. Life Jackets are included for all sizes. Accessories include backrests for comfort, dry bags, coolers for drinks and snorkel gear.
