Policy:

Reservations:

Reservations will be confirmed on receipt of payment in full. Bookings must be for a specific date. The date or period of time booked is the date or time the activity/lesson/tour is booked for, regardless of weather and/or changes in your itinerary.

Refunds:

No refunds are due for activities/lessons/tours voluntarily reduced in length. If weather and/or wind require the activity/lesson/tour to be modified no refund is due.

Cancellations:

1. Rental reservations can be changed anytime. There is no charge for cancellations.*

2. For tour and lesson reservations cancelled prior to the commencement of the activity/lessons, the following conditions apply:

a. There is a same day cancellation fee of one hundred percent (100%) of the retail price, if cancelled after 12:00 pm the day preceding the activity date.

b. Cancellations received before 12:00PM on the day preceding the activity will be refunded 100% of the paid fees

c. There is a $25 rescheduling fee per person if the activity is rescheduled after 12:00 pm the day preceding the activity date.

* Groups consisting of 14 participants or more and/or customized activity packages require 7 days notice of cancellation and may incur additional fees based on prior arrangements.

**In the event KSK must cancel a tour, KSK will try to reschedule customers the following day at their convenience. If KSK is unable to accommodate a reschedule, customers are entitled to a One Hundred percent (100%) refund.

***If an activity or lesson is severely affected by weather, a credit may be allowed for a future activity or lesson within 3 months. Activity credits may not be exchanged for retail items.
